Can Depression Cause A Delayed Or Missed Period?

Background: age: 28 5 ft 108 lbs (range of weight over past 12 yrs 98-108lbs)
3 abortions @ 20yr - vacuum(9wks), 23yr - vacuum(13.5wks), 25yr - medical(7wks), at this point I got the non-hormonal copper IUD that lasts 10yrs. I have had the IUD for 3 years and it has worked successfully.

I am not trying to get pregnant but feel i would have a baby if i were to be pregnant i.e. i am trying to avoid a later miscarriage and abortion.
I am just confused why I am having pregnancy symptoms.
6-16-2014 started feeling fatigued, period was expected to arrive on 6-14-14 (i have always had very regular 28 day periods that are never late), 6-17-14 i noticed my nipples were tender (i usually have extremely nonsensitive nipples even before/during my period), and then i noticed the next day my breasts felt bigger/rounder/heavier (my breast are very small, again, why this stuck out).
i have been having unprotected sex with one partner.
6-19-14: 'period' comes that morning, after sex. the next day my breast/nipple tenderness leaves gradually, they feel deflated (slightly).period lasts 4 days (usual) and starts lighter than normal, but does get heavier. not very heavy / med. (usual).
6-20-14: there is a moment where i have an unusual sharp pain in my right side
6-21 thru 6-24-14: i have unprotected sex
6-26 thru early july: these symptoms start: I feel fatigued easily. I am gaining a little but some weight around belly ( my weight rarely fluctuates). I start to feel nausea easily, at random times throughout the day. my breasts are tender again by july3rd, they seem to be getting bigger/rounder/heavier/sore (this is the most strong symptom). i experienced nausea in all 3 past pregnancies. so these symptoms fluctuate, leave, come back, except for breast swollen/tender/enlargment which gradually increases consistently.
yesterday july 14: morning - i bleed brown sludgy stuff, not a lot. afternoon- spotting light pinkish evening - every few hours i start minimal bleeding which is increasingly red
today july15: my breasts are still sore/larger the same amount, nausea has been less occurent for the past week. i am bleeding a much lower amount than normal period(for 2nd day), the biggest spot is a silver dollar size, i am bleeding more when i urinate, it is not staining my underwear more than spots ie it is not enough to even partially soak a panty liner, it has been increasing throughout the day every few hours and continuing to be less watery and more blood like.

my questions: could I have been pregnant and am i now losing it? can IUDs influence early miscarriage? could this be a hormonal change? could depression affect my period & cause me to have bigger breasts?

review: normal period May 17th, next "period" June 19 (5 days late), bleeding starting July 14 (25 days later)

Thanks

Hello,
Thanks for writing to us. I have gone through your query and understood the concern. I think you are experiencing hormone imbalance. From the description of your symptoms, it does not look like a miscarriage. Instead, it appears like a breakthrough bleeding due to a transient hormone disturbance. Please contact your health care provider if symptoms persist. Maintain a healthy lifestyle and follow your doctor's instructions. Take care.
