Can Dermatitis Herpetiformis Develop In Vaginal Area?

Can Dermatitis herpetiformis develp in the vaginal area. I am medically diagnosed with Dermatitis Herpetiformis and Celiac disease. A few times when I have an outbreak, it seems to occur in the vaginal area. My dermatologist didn't look, but didn't think the vaginal area would be affected by dermatitis herpetiformis. I am experiencing it again, and need to know whether to assume it is due to DH or if I should seek more medical attention
