Can Diabetes Cause Leg Pains?

Hi my name is BC from Mumbai India I get pain in my left leg below the knee every night when I go for bed and try to sleep the pain is so horrible that it want let me sleep Showed to many doctors some say it might be due to the sinus of the leg or some say due to the circulation in the leg It will not pain if I get up or after I aplly volini pain killer ointment and take infra red light for 10 mins I feel 50% better and after that I go for urine and and sleep without any problem ...I am diabetic since 1994 and my sugar keeps up and down not steady ie in control I have to go for piss two times at night ...well you can better guide me as to what is my main problem and which is the best Doctor for my symtoms in mumbai India

First thing is to rule out the cause of your problem whether its neuropathic pain /musculoskeletal pain/ vascular pain.

I suggest you to get done doppler study of limb. This will guide you on better dorection.
