I read that using diluted Apple Cider Vinegar or caster oil help to get rid of pterygiums without the use of surgery. Is there any truth in this please. I am due to have surgery to remove a pterygium and am dreading it. I would like to hear your advice please.

For pterigium surgery is the only answer. All other advise are fake. Surgery is a out door procedure and very simple.
