Can Diphenhydramine Be Taken For Sinus Problem Along With Amoxicillin And Methyiprednisolone?

Hello, I am being treated for a upper respiratory infection. I am taking amoxicillin and methyiprednisolone. I've been unable to sleep the last 2 nights due to blocked sinus, it get worse when i lie down. Can i take a diphenhydramine for my sinus problem and will it give me some relief while taking this other medication?
