Can Disc Herniation Cause Hand Tremors With Movement?

I am currently seeing a neurologist for my problems, but a full diagnosis has not been reached. It started about 4 years ago with muscle jerks causing my head to turn to the right and occasionly lifting up my right arm. I began to have horrible electrical shocks awakening me from sleep. A about two and a half years ago I got pregnant and it seemed to go away. Then after about a year ago I started having muscle spasms in my arms, neck, upper back, and shoulders. I have mild tremors with movement in my right hand (barely noticeable) and my left hand has extreme tremors with movement. They do not shake while resting, only with movement. My left hand is getting hard to use, along with the action tremors it is getting hard to simple tasks and gets tired very easily. I also have occasional paresthesias in my arm. I had a MRI of neck and brain a week ago which showed 3 white spots in my brain and a large cervical disc herniation C5-6(with two smaller ones.)

I want to know could a disc herniation cause these hand tremors with movement, or could this be another cause? I also have sensory ataxia, could a disc herniation cause that?. I am being treated with 15 mg t.i.d of Baclofen, gabapentin t.i.d. EMG was normal. My neuro does not want surgery for my disc, but the muscle spasms and hand tremors are getting worse. Just a note, my hand tremors have been very mild (barely noticeable) for around 3 years. This last half of the year it has got worse to become overwhelming. I also fell two weeks ago and had terrible pain between my shoulder blades that went up my face and down my left arm. It was painful to breath because my muscles got sore in my chest. Is there a connection with all my problems and a herniated disc? Or do I have two separate conditions like my neurologist assumes.
