Can Discomfort/painful Sternum Suggest A Fracture?

today, I fell from a sitting position backwards onto my head. I got a bump on my head, my neck was sore & i have pain in my sternum area. My head has not bothered me since & no typical concussion symptoms. However, my sternum is very uncomfortable/painful when I take a deep breath & when I sit up. Otherwise, it doesn't bother me too much. Could I have a fractured sternum & is there any way to determine that?
