Can Discontinuing Chantix Lead To Complication?

I quit smoking using chantix, it worked I am a non smoker, during the last couple weeks I started noticing SOB , heaviness in the middle of my chest, the symptoms r not getting worse could it be from the chantix hx...I started chantix March 1 , stopped chantix June 7n thanks

You can discontinue Chantix safely. However abrupt stopping is not recommended and you can gradually wean off from Chantix.
