Can Dizziness And Easy Bruising Be Caused By Hitting The Head Hard?

I hit my head extremely hard on cement about two weeks ago, on the top left part of my skull. I am now getting extremely dizzy when I stand up, almost fainting, and I've been bruising terribly easily. I also find it really hard to concentrate and my short term memory has gotten bad since. Please help, I have dystrophy of the muscles in my right shoulder which is in extreme pain that I must tend to and this head problem is making it so much worse
