Can Dizziness And Increase In Body Size Indicate Pregnancy?

im a bit concerned .. i have a doubt .. 5 weeks ago i was nude and my boyfreind and i engaged in oral sex and i laid on him nude while he was wearing his underwear and pants .. soon after that few days later i got my periods but in the next month it was 4 days late..and ive noticed some strange increase in size in my body and stress of exams and dizziness recently and burps and stomach uneasiness.. am i pregnant?

Hello

Pregnancy is unlikely due to your described act.
Menstrual period may be some times delayed normally even in those ladies who have normal period.
Increase in body size etc may be due to psychological status.
However,you may need few routine investigations.You may need routine hemogram,random blood sugar,liver function test,lipid profile,urine RE/ME,thyroid profile,ultrasound of abdomen.
Ultrasound can exclude chances of pregnancy.
Management depend upon clinical findings and investigation reports.
