Can Dizziness Be Caused By Exposure To Green Algae?

Hello I live at a home where there is green algae on the walls of the pool and I have been swimming in it. Last three days I have been experiencing dizziness and lightheadedness. Could this be caused by the algae? Needless to say I have stopped swimming in it. Thanks Yvette.

hi sir/mam,there is no evidence stating green algae as a causal organism of dizziness.just check for any medication you might be using,a probable cause of dizziness.severe sinusitis and nasal congestion can lead to headache that may mimic lightheadedness.please let me know if you are having any other symptoms like waekness of limbs, tremors, loss of consciousness, sudden vomiting, fever, seizures.in my opinion your illness is not related to green algae.also once get your hemoglobin checked.hope i have given you a satisfactory explanation.any queries,i'm happy to answer.thank you.take care.bye.
