Can Dizziness, Headaches And Nausea Result From Taking Antidepressants?

Hello,

I am a 29 year old female, I have been taking antidepressants since June of 2011. I have also been taking zantac, and Iron supplements. Since the last month or so, I have been getting headaches, sensitivity to light, strained eyesight, dizziness, and nausea.. almost 30 mins after taking my meds. I skipped a dose one day to see how it would affect me, and I feel great without taking them.This has not happened in the past year. Are my medications making me sick?

Zantac (ranitidine) is a antacid and it does not lead to headache or other anxiety symptoms. Iron supplement could lead to side effects like nausea, constipation, dizziness. You can try off drugs for few days. If you feel better, then there is no need to take all these supplement. In case, you need more help, you can ask.
