Can Dizziness, Headaches And Neck Pain Result From Head Injury?

I'm 59 years old and fell yesterday and smashed the right side of the back of my head .. Didn't bother me to much yesterday.. Just very dizzy.. But now having severe headache and neck pain? Should I just wait for couple days to see if bump of head goes down?

I can understand your concern.
Yes, you should wait for 2-3 days because headache and neck pain are common after such head injuries.
You should do following things for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid sudden jerky movements of head and neck.
2. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep your self hydrated.
3. Apply ice packs on affected part of neck and head.
4. Take combination of painkiller and anti inflammatory drugs.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these in 2-3 days.
If you are don't improve after 2-3 days then consult doctor and get done clinical examination and CT brain to rule out internal brain injury.
