Can Dizziness, Stomach Pain, Cramps And Diarrhea Be The Symptoms Of Pregnancy Even After Having Safe Sex?

I had safe sex with my boyfriend a week ago and the condom never broke. We checked before and after. Even though we had safe sex I'm still paranoid that I'm pregnant. Two days ago I started to become dizzy, tired, develop stomach pains, cramps, and yesterday had bad diarrhea. Can I trick myself into thinking I'm pregnant and will it mess with my period?

Hi. If you had proper precautions and even no pre secretions touching vagina then hopefully you are not pregnant.
All these symptoms may be because of gastro-enteritis(stomach infection) which has also shown up in the form of bad diarrhea. So, don't be panicky.
