Can Drinking Be Resumed After Undergoing A Brain Surgery?

Hi my mother in law has just had brain surgery, 2 weeks ago,she had 2 aneursyms one which had bled. She was quite a steady drinker and has started drinking again since operation she is still on her anti seizure medication 4 hourly and had i think they are like epiletic ones once a day also, shel also has high blood pressure. Is it okay for her to be drinking
