Can Drug Use Cause Heart Pain And Palpitations With Numbness?

Have been using speed, meth and crystal meth the past 3 and a half months. Last Friday I did speed, coke, and lean. A few beers. The next night I did speed and had a few beers. Smoked weed consistently both nights. Later the second night my heart started beating uncontrollably. Clammy hands. Both legs went numb, chest pain. Its been a week. Now I just have sore upper right arm and elbow area and minor chest pains and headaches. Do you know what might be wrong, and how long it will last. Please and thank you.

They are all stimulants of the heart. There are very few if any middle aged stimulant abusers because it damages the heart. EKG and other studies can define how much damage has already been done.
