Can Drugs Like I.E., Oxy Or Hydrocodone, Zocor, Tenormin Can Exacerbate Tinnitus, Induce PVC?
I have a quite a few health issues and bothersome symptoms some infrequent and others more frequent. Can you tell me if any of the following drugs I take I.E., Oxy or Hydrocodone , Zocor, Tenormin (for which I take for my arrhythmias anyway) can exacerbate my Tinnitus and also provoke/induce my PVC s, Sinus Tach, and other benign yet sometimes very bothersome arrhythmias I have had intermittently (but on occassion more frequent episodes or runs) for 15-20 years now.
You have not mentioned the exact diagnosis (of arrhythmias). There are different types of arrhythmias, each of which may require different treatment.
Please revert back to me with all relevant details or your arrhythmias, diagnosis, investigation results to enable me to pinpoint your diagnosis and advise you a correct course of action.
I am confident that you will certainly benefit from the advice.
May I assure you that I am always available for your assistance and will try my best to cure your condition to the best of my experience and knowledge.
HAVE A NICE DAY AND A SPEEDY RECOVERY.
Fond Regards,
Dr.(Col) R Karanwal

Dear friend, Thanks for posting your query on this website. I fully appreciate your concerns. I am afraid that none of the medicines exacerbate tinnitus or induce sinus tachycardia.
