Can Dull Ache In Left Side Of Vagina Be Pulled Muscle?

hi, i've got a dull ache on the left side of my vagina which hurts when i sit down, walk, or do any kind of exercise. Could this be a pulled muscle? if so how do i treat it as i've had it for about a week and have been having ibruprofen to ease the pain.
