Can Dupuytren's Disease Recur After Corrective Surgery?

Hello Doctor, could you please answer to me following question: I am age 43 and do have on both hands Dupuytren's disease. It is not very much but ring and small finger are not 100% straight. If I go now to have surgery and fix it, IS THERE HIGH POSSIBILITIES TO HAVE IT AGAIN IN A FEW YEARS? I heard that this will come again and again. Is it true (comming again...)? My father has it too. In additional I do have (since age 18 years) Plantar fascial fibromatosis as well. I had surgery twice on one foot and once on the other foot. Last time 18 years ago. It did come again on foot. Thank you. I am Sasha Popovich from Belgrade (Serbia).
