Can Duromine, Weight Loss Tablet Help Terminate Pregnancy?

Hi there, I have a question which is bothering me. I am worried but at the same time I'm not. I have been on the contraceptives for like a week or so in December, but I stopped taking it due to the fact that it made me incredibly sick. The 1st of January I started taking Duromine to lose some weight just to feel a bit better about my body. Than me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex ( I didn't tell him I stopped taking the pills because than he'd be disappointed in me) he believes that two people who love one another shouldn't use a condom. We had sex Friday 10th Jan 2014 than he came in me, than Saturday the 11th we had sex 5 times and he came in me 3 times. Sunday we did it once and he came in me as well. So what I'd like to know is, seeing that I'm still taking the Duromine weight loss tablet, can it terminate possible pregnancy? I'm 22 years of age. And is it too late for me to take Morning after pill? Thank you.

unprotected intercourse can lead to pregnancy since the contraception was terminated in the cycle. The morning after pill taken within 72 hours of a single act of unprotected sex can decrease the chance of a pregnancy but not when multiple acts have taken place. The weight loss Drug may not terminate any pregnancy so please do not hope that there will be no pregnancy because of the drug .
It would be better to wait till the period is missed and then check for pregnancy. Mean while any further coitus should not be unprotected. Write back if you have queries,

Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Duromine cannot terminate a pregnancy.
You have already had unprotected sex so many times.
Since you did not take the birth control pills too, you are definitely at risk for a pregnancy.
If it has been less than 120 hours since unprotected intercourse ( the first act ) , you are in time to take the morning after pill.
ALso, if it is an early pregnancy, upto 7 weeks, it can be safely terminated by medical abortion pills.
Just take an emergency pill if you are in time .
In case you are out of the range, then wait until you skip your expected period.
If you miss your cycle, take a pregnancy test.
Consult a gynecologist for termination.
