Can Ear Be Damaged If Piece Of Earring Falls Into Ear?

I have my ear Pierced in the middle like that little area anyway the backing of my earring fell into my ear when I was laying diwn. I'm afraid my ear can get damaged if it can't come out I have my head tilted down on my pillow so maybe it can fall out

Hi,
It is just like fallen foreign body into the ear.
If it is smal one it might reach upto ear drum and might injured the drum.
Or if it stucks in external ear might cause irritation and infection of external ear.
Consult your doctor and get it removed.
Do not try to remove by your self as it might be pushed further in.
Ok and take care.
