ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, The ear infection unilateral or bilateral may cause Fits when the complication of ear infection involving brain or its cover and collection of pus intracranial along the nerve roots can cause Fits.
my advice is first you confirm whether it is a fit, posture after and before fits, frothing in mouth, whether she remembers she had fit.
Above all rush to the Physician to rule out meningeal involvement.
Take care.
