Can Ear Wax Blockage Cause Hearing Loss?

hello I m 24 years old and i really don t know what is wrong with my ear but i think its an eat wax blockage but i have pain and heating loss in my right ear.I ve been pulling allot of wax out of my ear and have been using thus wax removal from Walmart but being how i don t have insurance i can t go to a doctor any help of getting this dealt with at home

You might have ear wax, but don't pull out it yourself. This instrumentation may caus ear ach due to local trauma. Use wax softener available on counter atleast three -four times in both ears daily for 5-7 days. you must visit ENT specialist for examination and wax removal then
