Can Early Stages Of Shingles Cause Headache,cough And Burning Pain In Lower Back?

I'm wondering if I could be in early stages of shingles. I have a severe headache, burning pain in lower left side of my back. Although no cold symptons, I have a slight cough and my chest and head hurt when I cough although I really don't feel congested. And skin on my thighs is very sord to the touch. No fever
