Can Ejaculation Cause Persistent Prostate Inflammation And Urethral Sphincter Pain After A Past UTI?

I wanted to ask whether prostate inflammation caused by ejaculation. I have had an Urinary Tract Infection seven months ago and have felt urethral sphincter pain after the infection was cured. An uroglost which I have met sats this is due to prostate inflammation and prescribed me meloxicam (Mobic) for 10 days, this did not seem to entirely cure the inflammation. I have ejaculated a few times during the length of time for which I was taking Mobic and I still have urethral sphincter pain for many days after ejaculation.
