General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern for the elevated liver enzymes during pregnancy.
Yes, persistently elevated levels of these enzymes can be harmful to the fetus.

After having gone through the history and the results of liver function tests given you seem to have some sort of liver problem.
This could be due to "cholestasis of pregnancy" or "preeclampsia" or viral hepatitis.

You must contact your doctor to correlate these results clinically and a drug like Ursodeoxycholic acid is highly recommended to treat the cholestasis of pregnancy.
Beside, other causes like hepatitis should also be ruled out & you will have to repeat the test and remain under strict follow up of your doctor & get scan of fetus with doppler study. If the levels continue to rise pregnancy is usually terminated by 37 weeks, if it is due to cholestasis of pregnancy only.
Don't worry, everything will be alright.
Take care.
