can elevated liver function be a sign of a gall bladder issue? ALT(SGPT)(REF) 62 IU/L 40 YR old male non smoker, rarely drink and stay pretty healthy, also seem to have some level of IBS. digestive system gets irritated by most foods, just started happening in the past few months

ALP value of 62 is not a high and does not indicates any disease condition. You can for an ultrasound scan to look for any gall bladder stones or any disease conditions.
