Can Elevations In BP Be Controlled By Natural Remedies?

Thank you. My Blood Pressure occasionally spikes for no obvious reason to me... Also, when I do take some prescribed meds, my pressure goes higher before subsiding.... The meds make me feel worse!!! Therefore I have resorted to more natural path remedies.... Long term, is this a safe approach to resolving the issue? C.J. 0000 EM: YYYY@YYYY Las Vegas NV

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, there are several natural ways to control moderate hypertension without medications if practice done thoroughly

- regular walking, exercises

- control of body weight, blood sugar, cholesterol

- salt free diet

- deep breathing exercises, YOGA
- regular sound sleep of 7 hours

- avoidance of smoking, alcohol if consuming
- avoid stress, anxiety

* Regular BP measurement with your family doc.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
