Can Endocrine Related Issues Cause Persistent Low Grade Fever?

I am a 56 year old female. I was diagnosed with the flu on 12/22/14 and was prescribed Tamiflu. I returned to the Doctor on 12/29 because I have not gone 24 hours without a fever. I continue to run a low grade fever off and on. Are there endocrine related issues that would cause low grade fever? I suspect I may have been having low grade fevers before getting the flu.
