Can Endometrium Thickening Cause Problems In Pregnancy?

my endometrium thickened to 14mm,no problem in ovaries,cysts etc..,and i have light implantation bleeding from five days.so i had tvs scan,there i saw my endometrium was 14mm.My question is there any problem with endometrium to my pregnancy.i also done home pregnancy test two times i came light pink line on T region.

Hello,
There is no need to worry about endometrial thickening in pregnancy here as it is good enough for implantation. You should be able to visualize the gestation sac along with fetal heart and fetal pole at 5-6 weeks through trans-vaginal sonogram. Please take as much bed rest as possible until the bleeding subsides and fetal viability is confirmed. Avoid travel, sexual intercourse and all forms of stress. You can also get serum beta-hCG titres for better confirmation of pregnancy now. Wish you good health.
