General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and thanks you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein and I will try to help you as much as I can with my answer.
It is not advisable to do it alone since some complications may occur and you should find professional help for it. Also, you should use laxatives and take plenty of fluids. Also, high fibre food and coffee may help. But don't do enema on yourself.

I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
