I'm no doctor but, i used to drink like 3 V's a day & numerous cups of coffee.
and i was getting heart palpitations all of the time when i quit they went away completely as did my anxiety.

Yes and its been known to bring on heart attacks for certain people. Stick to water its natural, healthy and has no calories
