Can Enlarged Left Lateral Brain Ventricle Cause Dizziness?

My mother's MRI shows a slightly enlarged left lateral brain ventricle. Over the past 2 weeks she has had dizziness, particularly involving her left side. No nausea. The dizziness peaked during the first week and seems to be subsiding now. How likely is the finding of an enlarged lateral ventricle to be abnormal and contribute to dizziness?
