In my opinion IPF and enzoflam tablet has no correlation. As enzoflam is pain killer having serratiopeptidase with paracetamol and diclofenac. Long term use of this can cause analgesic induced nephropathy. And none of the IPF guidelines suggest this. Current treatment of IPF includes, perfinodone, N acetyl Cystine with on off steroids with home o2 tharapy with pulmonary rehabilitation.
