Can Excess Stress And Anxiety Lead To Sudden Weakness In The Legs?

My husband & I are moving out of state. I m quite anxious & have been having vertigo when getting in & out of bed. I ve had 2 episodes of sudden weakness in my legs & a feeling like I won t be sable to walk (but I can). Can this be a reaction from too much adrenaline in my body (with the stress & panic)? The Dr. ordered an MRI and an MRA today. I m really anxious. I ve had agoraphobia in the past but not any more (thank the Lord)Thank you.

Psychiatrist 's  Response
yes stress and anxiety can be a cause for your sudden weakness of limbs and vertigo. though before labelling them as result of stress and anxiety it is essential to rule out other structural cause of your problem. you can have MRI and MRA brain. then can visit a psychiatrist for therapy or medication.
