Can Excessive Coughing Cause Vaginal Bleeding Or Spotting?

I’ve been having really bad coughing and i just now noticed i was spotting when i went to the restroom and i wasn’t sure if it could be from coughing really hard but then again i thought maybe implantion cause i had unprotected sex about five days ago.

Coughing does not usually cause spotting unless during pregnancy where the cervix has a rich blood supply. However, it is difficult to give a definite answer at this point.

If you do not get your period as expected, please be advised to do a home pregnancy test.
