Can Excessive Mastrubation Cause Blood In Urine And Stool?

Hi , I have discovered blood in my urine and stool at the same time . Is this normal I can t help but worry I just got back from GP going for a bowel test and he took a urine sample . Could this be a form of an STD or be from excessive mastruabtion? I m 20 years old gay male

Hello,

Your symptoms could be related to local trauma or a coagulation disorder. For this reason, I agree with your doctor on performing a stool and urine test. Further tests to consider would be:
- Coagulation tests
- Complete blood count
- An abdominal ultrasound
