hi ive been smokeing weed for the last good few years every day and been off it a week now and i feel down a lot if im not upset im angry i hardly get any sleep and the last thing i wnt is to go back to it but i really dnt think i can put up with how i feel plz can u help with tips

Yes it can effect sleep and behaviour of person. I would advice my patient to take help of rehabilitation centre .I will also tell him that if drugs are used to control behavior and induce sleep without supervision of rehabilitation centre he is likely to abuse those drugs as well afterwards
