Can Exercises And Proper Diets Improve Vision?
Hi, I ve got my son s (7 Yrs.) eyes checked. Earlier he was having -3 cylindrical no. but now he has got +2 spherical & -3 cylindrical. Is there any means by which the sight can be improved. Further please tell me as in case of spherical the vision can be improved by certain exercises and proper diets, if the cylindrical power may be improved?

what ever power prescribed after refraction is correct. it can not improve with exercise or diet. he has to take specs.
