Can Exercising With Gastric Band Cause Any Side Effects?

I have a gastric band and had it filled a week ago, but since monday my entire stomach and right hand feels numb and tingly i have had my gastric band for 2 yrs and never experienced this before.

i have recently started excersizing for the first time in years i dont know weather this is related.
