Can Extreme Fatigue Be Associated With Prostate Cancer?
Can extreme fatigue be associated with prostrate cancer? How does cancer cause fatigue? What pysiological processes occur to cause this? i.e. do elevated levels of PSA over 75 indicate a tough fight to cause fatigue? or making more white cells or blood not sufficient to digest food or assimilate nutrients to other cells? Other organs are being attacked from spreading?

Any cancer can cause weakness and weight loss. It is due to certain cytokines (products secreted from tumor cells) which lead to weakness and even anemia.
You can go for a PET scan to assess the spread to distant sites.
You can consult a urologist and get evaluated.
