Hi, Recently i went to check my eye as it turns to blur a bit. Tested and found that my left is -.50 and my right is-1.75. I have started to wear the glasses before its goes further. Do i have to wear the glasses always? I want to reduce it to back to normal. Is it possible? Is Yes, Please let me know how? Thanks in Advance, Nazib.

Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having refractive error in the form of myopia.
This needs to be corrected by vision refraction and correction by the use of spectacles.
Use of spectacles will not reduce the eye power but prevent further progression. To reduce the eye power you need to undergo refractive laser surgery like LASIK.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Thank you
