Can Facial Pain Be Caused By Lesions In Brain?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...hello I am very worried at the moment. I am experiencing apparantlt A typical facial pain. Its pretty canstant, goes away for brief periods of time then hits me again. The pain is like someone eating my gums away. Over 10 years ago I had an MRI scan, where 2 lesions were found on my brain, the neurologist at the time said she did not believe it was MS because lesions were not in typical place for them. I have to be honest and say also at that time I had been taking Cocaine. Now I'm drug free over 10 years. I'm extremely worried this symptom of facial pain is from those lesions found over 10 years ago. I'm stressed out and in a lot of pain also, can you help me please...
