Can Failure Of The Liver And Kidney Be Treated?

My son is 19 he had what he called flashes years ago. The symptom was that everything around him seemed to be going at an accelerated pace. People were talking fast, he was walking fast. He was put on a heart monitor about 8 years ago for it but nothing was found. He has not had this happen in years, but it happened today.
