Can Fake Gold Earring Cause Eat Lobe Infection?

I have gotton New earrings and they are fake gold I put them in because I haven't had earrings in for a long time and I didn't wasn't them to close they were easy to put in so I figured they arent closing so when I took them out my holes were sore but my right one hurt the most the right one has crust on the back and its swollen is this bad is it because of the fake gold

It looks like you are suffering from a infection most likely because of the ring. It could also be an allergic reaction to the fake earrings if it has metals like nickel, cadmium, etc.
Please do not ignore the issue, I strongly recommend you approach a dermatologist for examination and treatment with appropriate antibiotics like amoxclav and topical application of neosporin
