Can Feeling Dizzy And Pain In Upper Back Between Shoulder Blades Relate To Anxiety Or Tachycardia ?

Hi, I just woke up feeling dizzy and have pain in my upper back. Between shoulderblades and more towards my right shoulder. Also feel like I have heartburn. I am 25, female, 5 feet tall and weigh 135lb. I have no real health issues. Other than suffering from anxiety and tachycardia once at the hospital
