Can Fersamal Cause Any Problem During Pregnancy?

hi, ive recently found out i am pregnant, i have phoned my local GP and they have said a midwife will be intouch. i think i am 4-6 weeks , i have been taking fersamal iron tablets as perscribed by my previous GP for about a year now as i am anemic. Should i continue to take these or will it in anyway harm the baby?
