Can Fertility Medicines Cause Joint And Muscle Pain?

Im 35 years old female suffering with infertility and was on and off on fertility treatment since past 10 years. I have under gone treatments like IUI, IVM and IVF but with no successful live births. I have PCOS. I am experiencing problems in my joints. 4 years back I started getting knee when I bend and now I can't take long walks nor take steps at all. Recently I am diagnosed with disc bulge in my neck, shoulder tendonitis and narroiwng of joint space in shoulder. My question is, the fertility medications that I used all these years are the reason for my joint and muscle pains? Are all these sysmptoms of Arthritis? I'm a computer professional.
