Can Fever Be Considered As A Symptom Of ANEMIA?

I m actually not sure if I have an anemia for I haven t seen my doctor yet.. I m just confused and I d be really thankful for your answers / opinions.. I had fever (39.5) in 2 days.. Within those days, I had heart palpitation rapidly followed by headache (like someone s grasping your head and squeezes it), numbness of my left leg, dizziness and lost of appetite.. When my body temperature got normal on the third day, I still got headache, dizziness and lost of appetite.. I also noticed that my skin appeared yellowish in color and I m so pale.. My friend and I made some research about it just to have an idea before going to my doctor and we found out that symptoms of anemia fits me exept for one thing, my FEVER.. So, does this mean fever can also be considered as a symptom of Anemia in my case? Or there s another possible illness or disease that I have? By the way, 2 weeks before I had that fever, my blood pressure fell down to 90/60 mmHg, consistent in 5 days that s why I can say that I might already have an Anemia.. No, anaemia does not cause fever but then anaemia is not a disease in itself - it merely means that the oxygen carrying cells in your body (the red cells) are reduced. This could be why you have palpitations because the heart is trying to pump blood faster to meet your body's oxygen demands. The underlying disease would just be speculation unless you have had a blood test and a proper clinical examination. I would suggest you to see your GP to get to the bottom of it because they can perform the necessary tests after clinical examination.
