Can Few Drops Of Blood Be Considered As Periods?

Hi Doctor,
I am 27 years old, got recently married. I just got a few drops of blood and I am yet to have my periods. Can this be considered as periods ? This has happened few times in the past. And also my periods are very very irregular sometimes once in 2 months. Please suggest
